1. Product Features (Highlights)
This solution has excellent performance. The NXP i.MX 8M Plus processor is built on a 14nm LPC FinFET process, a quad-core Arm® Cortex-A53® processor running at up to 1.8GHz, and a built-in neural processing unit (NPU) of up to 2.3 TOPS to efficiently handle complex computing tasks. At the same time, combined with dual ISP technology, it supports high dynamic range (HDR) and fisheye lens image correction functions, which can support two high-definition cameras at the same time for stereo visual effects, or a single camera with 12M pixels to improve image clarity. In addition, it supports a variety of input/output interfaces for easy integration. The onsemi AR0144 image sensor features an innovative global shutter pixel design that quickly and accurately captures moving scenes in low-light or bright scenes, producing crisp, low-noise images, and supports a wide range of complex camera functions that can be programmed with a simple interface.

The sensor onsemi AR0144 adopts global exposure, 1M pixel resolution, supports 1280x800 still picture shooting, up to 60fps full-resolution continuous shooting, built-in Automatic Black Level Calibration (ABLC), adopts 1/4-inch optical format, pixel size 3.0μm, supports dual-channel MIPI or parallel data interface.
