AT32F415 series: Value ARM® Cortex-M4® microcontrollers with CPU clock speed up to 150MHz and support up to 256KB Flash memory and 32KB random access memory (SRAM). AT32F423 series: This series uses ARM® Cortex-M4F® core, CPU frequency up to 150MHz, equipped with a 12-bit 24-channel high-speed ADC with a sampling rate of up to 5.33Msps.
