Household and small commercial energy storage systems
Pylontech has launched two types of household and small commercial energy storage systems: plug-in and stacked. Both are modular and scalable, with a 10-year service life. Among them, the plug-in system integrates self-developed BMS, which can adjust the number of modules at any time, and is compatible with the world's mainstream energy storage inverters; The stacked products support dynamic series-parallel expansion, and the protection level reaches IP55, which is suitable for outdoor changeable environments.
C&I and grid-scale energy storage systems
For large-scale energy storage needs, Pylontech provides rack-mounted and containerized high-voltage energy storage systems, which adopt a highly modular design, support voltages up to 1500V, single cluster energy storage capacity up to 417KWh, and total capacity can be expanded up to 5MWh. The system is equipped with a three-level battery management system to ensure operation safety and efficiency, and is widely used in scenarios such as peak regulation and frequency regulation of power grids, renewable energy access, and energy management in parks.
Backup power supply for communication base stations
The company has launched a miniaturized and highly integrated backup power solution for the communication field. The product supports multi-machine parallel connection and is compatible with all kinds of mainstream switching power supplies and UPS systems. Products designed for 5G base stations have a wide operating temperature range from 0°C to 60°C, IP66 protection level, and excellent lightning protection capabilities, making them suitable for complex outdoor deployment environments.
Energy storage cell technology
Pylontech has strong R&D strength in the field of battery cells, and has launched two types of lithium iron phosphate cells: soft pack and aluminum shell. Pouch cells have a cycle life of more than 12,000 cycles, combining high energy density with excellent temperature adaptability. The aluminum-shell battery cell also has an ultra-long life and high safety, and has excellent performance in cost control. In addition, the company also lays out sodium-ion cells, focusing on new energy storage needs with more than 8,000 high-rate cycles.
