Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on integrated circuit chip design and semiconductor related product manufacturing. The company was founded in September 1997 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China. Silan Micro is the first integrated circuit design company in China to land in the capital market.
With the rapid development of China's electronic information industry, Silan Micro has gradually grown into a leading integrated circuit design and manufacturing (IDM) enterprise in China, ranking in the forefront of the industry in terms of technical strength, business scale and profitability.
The company is located in the chip manufacturing base of Qiantang New District, Hangzhou, and the current monthly production capacity of 6-inch and below production lines has reached 230,000 pieces, ranking second in the world. The 8-inch wafer production line, which was put into operation in 2017, has made Silan Micro the first private IDM enterprise in China to have such a production line, and the current monthly production capacity has increased to 60,000 pieces. By the end of 2023, the company's 12-inch special process wafer production line will have a monthly production capacity of 60,000 pieces, and the monthly production capacity of advanced compound semiconductor production line will reach 140,000 pieces, further consolidating its leading position in the industrial chain.
In terms of technology and product layout, Silan Micro covers a wide range of consumer electronics fields, and continues to maintain the domestic leading level in green power chips, MEMS sensors, LED lighting and display, high-voltage intelligent power modules, third-generation semiconductor devices, digital audio and video and other technical fields. At the same time, combined with the company's deep accumulation in multi-type chip design, it can provide customers with diversified product portfolios and system-level application solutions.

At present, the main products and R&D directions of Silan Micro focus on five major sectors:
Power semiconductors and compound devices: including various types of power devices, PIM modules, gallium nitride (GaN) power devices on silicon and silicon carbide (SiC) devices, etc.;
Power drive and control system: covering AC-DC (primary/secondary controller and power factor controller), DC-DC (such as PoE, VRM, PMIC), LED driver IC (used in automotive, general and smart lighting), IPM module, gate drive, motor drive, SoC and MCU (suitable for frequency conversion control, human-computer interaction), and various digital power ICs (including fast charging);
MEMS sensor products: covering consumer (such as three-axis accelerometer, six-axis IMU, bone conduction sensor) and automotive applications (collision, vibration detection, IMU), health sensing (heart rate, blood oxygen), environmental and color sensing, temperature and humidity, current monitoring and MEMS micromirrors, etc.
ASIC product line: covering signal chain (logic control, level shifting, amplifiers, interface circuits) and power management (linear regulators, bipolar DCDC, PWM controllers, reference circuits, etc.);
Optoelectronic products: including characteristic lighting (such as plant lighting, infrared supplemental light, ceramic high-power LED), vehicle lighting (headlights, signal lights, interior lights), high-performance optocouplers (high-speed, drive, photorelay) and various display module chips (including indoor and outdoor TOP lamp beads and CHIP lamp beads), etc.
Silan Micro attaches great importance to technology accumulation and R&D investment, and has a strong R&D team, including a national postdoctoral research station.
