For the high-power scenario of 5G base stations, the core trunk line has launched a miniaturized and high-power-density 1kW bidirectional digital control inverter, which has the following characteristics:

Chip design
The chip design determines the structure and performance of the device and is a critical starting point for the entire manufacturing process. The core trunk focuses on power conversion and circuit control in high-voltage and high-current scenarios, and provides diversified design solutions based on SiC MOSFETs and GaN HEMTs. SiC devices are suitable for medium and high voltage such as 1200V/1700V and medium and high-power scenarios of 2kW~1MW, while GaN devices are more suitable for improving frequency and power density in small and medium-power applications. The core trunk is optimized to achieve high performance, low loss and cost control of the device.
Wafer fabrication
From material epitaxy and growth to wafer processing and CP testing, the core trunk line cooperates with high-quality foundries to formulate customized tape-out solutions to effectively control the manufacturing process, improve device performance, and shorten the product development cycle. Especially in the field of SiC and GaN, we have overcome key process problems such as epitaxial preparation and trench etching.
Packaging and testing
The packaging process not only needs to protect the chip, but also needs to take into account the heat dissipation performance and parasitic parameter control. The core trunk line cooperates with leading domestic packaging and testing factories to ensure the quality and reliability of device shipments, and finally verifies whether the products meet the design and customer standards through systematic testing.
