Micross Acquires Integra Technologies Company

Micross Components, Inc., a provider of high-reliability microelectronics products and services solutions for the aerospace, defense, space, medical, and industrial sectors, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Integra Technologies. Integra is a Wichita, Kansas-based provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) post-processing services focused on high-reliability applications and end markets. The acquisition further strengthens Micross's position as a leader in OSAT services in the U.S. and expands its portfolio of high-reliability microelectronics services and products.

Integra Technologies is a U.S.-based semiconductor packaging, test, and certification service provider with over 40 years of industry experience. The company is focused on providing end-to-end solutions to help customers streamline their production processes while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective products. Integra's services include chip preparation, packaging and assembly, electrical testing, reliability certification, and anti-counterfeit testing, all at its facilities in Wichita and Milpitas, California. Its strategy of focusing on U.S.-based operations ensures faster time-to-market, greater IP security, and reduced complexity compared to offshore suppliers.

Integra Technologies' customers come from industries such as communications, military, medical, and automotive, providing customized solutions for complex semiconductor needs. With its reputation for reliability and professionalism, Integra has become one of the leading OSAT service providers in the United States, trusted by hundreds of customers to bring innovative, high-performance products to market.

The acquisition is the tenth acquisition under the ownership of Micross, a Behrman Capital company, and the sixth since the completion of the continuation fund transaction in February 2022. This strategic move further strengthens Micross's capabilities in semiconductor packaging, testing and services, while expanding its geographic presence in the U.S., particularly in medical and other high-reliability markets, and provides a stronger foundation for the company's future growth opportunities.

Vince Buffa, Chairman and CEO of Micross, said, "We are very pleased to welcome Integra Technologies to the Micross family, whose expertise in semiconductor assembly and test will enhance our capabilities and accelerate our pace of delivering innovative solutions to our customers. This acquisition aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing high-quality, U.S.-based services and will drive our innovation in the semiconductor industry." We look forward to working with Integra to explore new business opportunities and expand our presence in high-growth markets."

Brett Robinson, CEO and President of Integra Technologies, said: "This is an exciting day for Integra and we are thrilled to be joining the Micross team, especially because of Micross's excellent reputation and broad technology portfolio. This strategic development will provide more opportunities for innovation and technological advancement.”

Simon Lonergan, Managing Partner at Behrman Capital, said: "Micross's acquisition of Integra Technologies strengthens both companies' strategic positions in the high-reliability microelectronics market. Leveraging Integra's expertise and U.S.-based strengths, Micross is able to provide faster delivery, higher quality service, and more reliable solutions. We look forward to continuing to work with the management team to identify additional growth opportunities and drive Micross's growth."
