This marks the first time that the domestic embodied large model has been verified in the whole process of automobile manufacturing, opening a new stage of all-weather intelligent operation.

The GOVLA model developed by AI² Robotics has excellent environmental understanding, full-body collaborative operation and complex task reasoning capabilities, which provides support for AlphaBot 2 to operate in multiple scenarios in automobile factories.
In the loading and unloading process, AlphaBot 2 can complete handling, attitude adjustment and precise placement within 10 seconds, the efficiency is about 30% higher than that of manual work, and the error is controlled at the millimeter level. In the logistics towing scenario, the robot uses the global perception and path planning system to achieve dynamic obstacle avoidance, avoid 98% of potential collisions in actual tests, and improve the transfer efficiency of material trucks by 25%.
In addition, AlphaBot 2 can autonomously perform high-precision tasks such as door quality inspection and protective cloth attaching. The data shows that its detection accuracy rate is 99.7%, and the pass rate of patches is stable at more than 98.5%, which greatly reduces the defective rate.

3. Data Closed-Loop Drives Technology Evolution
AlphaBot 2 sends back about 2TB of multi-dimensional industrial data to the GOVLA model every month in factory operations, covering process paths, component parameters, and more. These real production data promote model iteration, improve its understanding of complex environments and task details by 40%, realize the optimization closed loop of "technology-scenario-data-re-technology", and accelerate the upgrade of industrial intelligence.
