Product Features (Highlights)
SC530AT is the latest addition to SmartSens' Automotive Sensor (AT) Series, which is based on advanced CarSens-RS® process technology and offers high sensitivity, high dynamic range and low noise. The sensor's Read Noise and Fixed Noise (FPN) are below 1.0e- and 0.2e-, respectively, far outperforming similar products in the industry. At a high temperature of 105°C, the SC530AT has a 51% reduction in DSNU, a 25% reduction in dark current (DC), and a 5% reduction in white point (White Pixel), demonstrating excellent high-temperature imaging stability.

Application scenarios
SC530AT can be used in a wide range of in-vehicle applications, including occupant monitoring systems (OMS), in-vehicle cameras, and video conferencing in-vehicle infotainment systems. Its excellent low-light imaging capabilities and high-temperature stability make it possible to provide clear and reliable images in low-light environments such as underground parking lots, at night, and in high-temperature conditions. In addition, the SC530AT can also be paired with the Fling M1 in-vehicle high-performance AI ISP chip to further improve image quality and provide more powerful visual support for intelligent driving.
SC530AT samples have been accepted and will be mass-produced in Q2 2025. Its high performance and reliability make it a reliable choice for in-cabin monitoring and infotainment systems in smart cars.
